If any of you watch the View, you've seen the commercials for the home makeover contest. Here is the link to enter -- they've started announcing the first winners on the show, but you can actually enter up until March according to the web site. And there are a bunch of opportunities to win smaller things like free Huggies and free Kleenex... I know I could use some free Kleenex right now, with this cold!

LOL, I suck at matching games too! I love that they have instant win opportunities too, though... even if you don't win one of the big $25,000 prizes, how cool that 100 people every day win free kleenex and stuff. It's the little things that add up!

There's a ton of extras, too. You can follow them on Twitter at http://twitter.com/roomaday, and of course there are all the design tips on the web site from Thom Felicia -- who I love in his TV shows. I love this tip: "Layering your room with books is a great way to add depth, color and visual textures. A stack of books can make a great, interesting little side table." Probably because I love books! And anyone who tells me that they make a great design accessory has to know what he's talking about!
