TLC's What Not To Wear

Anybody else watch this show? I just started watching the re-reruns.  Stacy London and Clinton Kelly do makeovers on this show.  They can be really BRUTAL! But I have to admit that some of the transformations of people are amazing!  They throw out ALL of a person's old clothes, tell them why they don't work, give them tips on what will work for their body types, plus $5,000.00 dollars to buy a new wardrobe.  I don't want to be on TV, but $5,000.00 bucks to buy a new wardrobe would sure be fun!

Pisces, I used to watch this show religiously on Friday nights. Life changed, and it got away from me. Haven't seen it in quite some time, but I always really enjoyed it!

I just watched their 250th show on Friday night. They had all the previous 249 contestants there to see the 250th transformation. She looked great. I forget it's on half the time but love to watch it.

Do you have big retirement plans, sjinblton??  We dream about retirement all the time.

I like watching this show. They do come up with some combinations that I wouldn't dream of. Some look good and others I am not too fond of.

I watch it or at least put it on my DVR.  I love to see the combinations and how they turn out.  The 5K sounds very appealing to me also but dont think I would make it to National TV.

They would sure have fun throwing out my clothes.  I am sort of a lunatic bargain shopper, so must admit I have purchased some items that were the wrong size and a horrible color because it was a fantastic SALE!!
